1 Corinthians 4:20 tells us:
“The kingdom of God is not a matter of talk but of power.”
Jesus, in Acts, just before he ascends into heaven, told His disciples to go and wait so that they could receive the POWER! POWER to be a witness of Jesus Christ.
So why is it that so many Christians are not only fearful to share their beliefs, but are intimidated?
The bottom-line is this:
Many Christians have never learned to step out in the POWER of God!
It is time each Christian stands up, steps out and steps forward in the POWER God has given us.
Understand, POWER is given to US! But we still have the responsibility to utilize our spiritual strength.
Even though there is power available, it does not mean we will be used of God unless we willingly step forward. God gives to each person the responsibility to plug into what He is doing through prayer, reading the Word, and getting involved with other people who have a HOT walk with God.
POWER is available, but you must be willing to step out from where you are and step forward in the power of God.
